**Pokémon Players Assemble** Calling all Pokémon Trainers! Join us for a fun-filled event where kids aged 10-18 can come together to celebrate their love for Pokémon. **What to Expect:** - **Bring Your Devices:** Trainers are encouraged to bring their own devices to play Pokémon games, such as a Game Boy, Nintendo Switch, laptop, or tablet. - **Community Building:** This is a fantastic opportunity to meet fellow trainers, share stories, and discuss your Pokémon adventures in a safe and supportive space. - **Challenges and Activities:** Participate in exciting challenges that will help develop strategies, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Whether you're a seasoned trainer or just starting your journey, this event is the perfect place to connect, learn, and have fun. Spots are limited, so don't miss your chance to join the Pokémon fun!

Cancellation Policy
As spaces are limited we ask that if you need to cancel your space, that you do so with 24 hours notice, as we do require to staff our facilities and ensure that we have an adequate amount of staff present to ensure that our ratio of qualified adults to children is adhered to. We do have waitlist to our programs, and hope that with the cancellation that we can contact another family to take your child(ren) place if available. We sincerely appreciate each and every one of you, and that you let us know with enough notice to assist our facility and other families.
