Service Description
Join us for a week of spring fun with Cool Aid Society's Spring Break program! Our schedule is packed with exciting activities, including outdoor fun, arts and crafts, sports, and field trips. Weather permitting, we'll make the most of the great outdoors and create lasting memories for the youth we serve.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that these services cannot be cancelled. We do understand that extenuating circumstances arise and would gladly work with families in certain situations. Please understand that we are working in advance to make this a wonderful program for the kids in advance and we do require to staff our facilities and ensure that we have an adequate number of staff present to ensure that our ratio of qualified adults to children is adhered to. We're also pre-paying and arranging field trips and other activities that require deposits and the price per person. Please make sure to email director@coolaidsociety.ca for any extenuating circumstances as we may be able to adjust on a case-by-case basis. We do have waitlists to our programs, and hope that with the cancellation, we can contact another family to take your child(ren) place if available.
