Winter Wonderland- Camp- 6 days

Service Description

Join us at Cool Aid Society for our Winter Wonderland Break! Our 6-day winter break camp is filled with fun winter activities, a New Year's celebration, and so much more including 2 amazing field trips, art activities and outdoor activities weather permitting. From December 26th to January 3rd, with a day off for the Stat holiday on January 1st, we have planned a magical experience for all. Don't miss out on the fun - sign up now! Thu- December 26- 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Fri- December 27, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Mon- December 30, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Tue- December 31, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Thu- January 2, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Fri- January 3, 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Early Drop off available for extra cost from 7 am to 8 am Youths required to be at facility no later than 9 am.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that these services cannot be cancelled. We do understand that extenuating circumstances arise and would gladly work with families in certain situations. Please understand that we are working in advance to make this a wonderful program for the kids in advance and we do require to staff our facilities and ensure that we have an adequate number of staff present to ensure that our ratio of qualified adults to children is adhered to. We're also pre-paying and arranging field trips and other activities that require deposits and the price per person. Please make sure to email director@coolaidsociety.ca for any extenuating circumstances as we may be able to adjust on a case-by-case basis. We do have waitlists to our programs, and hope that with the cancellation, we can contact another family to take your child(ren) place if available.
