With a special focus on financial literacy, entrepreneurial ventures, and professional development, this program goes beyond traditional learning.

Youth will actively engage in creating group businesses, learning to navigate the complexities of running an enterprise with guidance from industry experts. We don't just stop at career insights; we weave mental health and wellness awareness into every aspect, ensuring our youth are equipped for the challenges of adulthood. Tailored to different age groups, our program provides a comprehensive, age-appropriate exploration of the various aspects of growth and adulthood. From understanding workplace stresses to empathizing with family situations, we aim to equip our youth with a well-rounded perspective.
Introducing the Intro Career and Life Management (CALM) program by the Cool Aid Society, designed for school-aged children from kindergarten to grade 6.
This initiative empowers kids to start their own businesses, focusing on positive money management, financial literacy, mental health, and the essentials of running a home-based business.
Through hands-on projects and guidance from community volunteers, including accredited experts, children learn about different work environments, effective communication, conflict resolution, and budgeting.
The program culminates in a Cool Aid Dragons' Den, where young entrepreneurs pitch their ideas and sell their products, with proceeds going to charity, fostering a complete understanding of business operations. Join us in shaping the future generation of leaders and innovators.

Introducing the Advanced Career and Life Management (CALM) program by the Cool Aid Society for older students.
This comprehensive initiative empowers youth to develop businesses from idea to full-scale operations, focusing on website creation, product development, patents, and more. With guidance from community volunteers and experts, students learn advanced financial literacy, business development, digital marketing, and legal aspects of business.
The program culminates in a Cool Aid Dragons' Den, where students pitch their ideas and launch their products, with proceeds going to charity. Join us in shaping the future generation of top entrepreneurs and business leaders.
