Service Description

Limited Space for Drop In Program This Drop-In Service is designed to assist families in need, with limited participant slots available due to space and adult-to-child ratio requirements. While it operates on a same-day basis, there's a chance of reaching capacity, leading to the potential need to turn away individuals. To better manage attendance, we encourage booking in advance; however, please note that booking doesn't guarantee a spot, allowing flexibility for attendance changes In conjunction with our AfterSchool Program, we offer spaces for Drop-In Spaces, Space is limited and allowed to be booked same day Join us for our exciting After School program at Cool Aid Society, designed for children in Grades 1-7. From 3-6pm, Monday through Friday, our program provides a safe and fun environment for children ages 5-13/14. Our main focus is to promote mental health awareness in youth, while also providing a space for them to learn and grow. After School Program: Typically Grade 1-7 after school from 3-6pm Ages 5- 13/14, all children ages 5 must be capable of using bathroom facilities on their own. Please make sure to pack extra snacks and a water bottle for your children. Cancellation Policy

This is a Drop-In Service, for our Families who need. There is limited space of participants due to ratio required for space and adults. This is utilized same day, however there is a possibility, that if we're at capacity we will have to turn people away. We ask for this service to still be booked when you're coming so we're aware but it lets you come, cancel, and not have a guarantied space.
