Service Description

Limited Space for Drop In Program This Drop-In Service is designed to assist families in need, with limited participant slots available due to space and adult-to-child ratio requirements. While it operates on a same-day basis, there's a chance of reaching capacity, leading to the potential need to turn away individuals. To better manage attendance, we encourage booking in advance; however, please note that booking doesn't guarantee a spot, allowing flexibility for attendance changes Looking for a safe and inclusive space where you can connect with peers and develop mentorships with adults? Look no further than Cool Aid Society's Teen program. Our innovative programming provides a variety of resources to help teens learn essential skills in communication, self-expression, and so many life skills like assistance with people, workforce, volunteering and so much more. We do this while supporting our youth to prioritizing mental health. Come see how our commitment to mental health and community can help you thrive. Our Teen program provides teens with a safe and inclusive space. This is a split program that is offered: Mondays and Fridays from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. Wednesdays 6:00- 9:00 pm with our Tweens With Special programming on Thursdays 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Teens participate in guided activities that focus on building relationships, work connections, body positivity, mental health initiatives and doing so in a fun and engaging manner with guest speakers, tasks and learning, field trips, volunteer opportunities and so much more. We have partnered with some amazing individuals who are able to offer educational presentations and workshops within these programs that work towards college accreditations and more. Our programs are designed to promote positive youth development and healthy life decisions by focusing on positive peer to peer relationships, healthy adult mentorship, and community connections. Cancellation Policy

This is a Drop-In Service, for our Families who need. There is limited space of participants due to ratio required for space and adults. This is utilized same day, however there is a possibility, that if we're at capacity we will have to turn people away. We ask for this service to still be booked when you're coming so we're aware but it lets you come, cancel, and not have a guarantied space.
